Having fully electric bus in Mumbai B.E.S.T. fleet, Be a game changer ?

Having fully electric bus  in Mumbai B.E.S.T. fleet, Be a game changer ?

B.E.S.T, HAS INTRODUCE FULLY ELECTRIC BUS IN IT'S 2 ROUTE'S TO SEE HOW MUCH IT WILL BRING PROFIT TO THEM ?,BUT  BIG QUESTION IS WILL THEY BE A GAME CHANGER ?,HOW WILL THEY HELP MUMBAI B.E.S.T. TO MAKE PROFIT ?,AND COME WITH A SLOGAN, "TRAVEL WITH B.E.S.T. AND HELP MAKE OUR CITY CLEAN & TRAFFIC CONGESTION FREE "

If you see the conditions of mumbai and it's surrounding cities you will see existing public transportation and infra is failing,

to make it better and provide best infra of international standard's !,then public transport authority need to take good and fast decision which will help the city and the transport agency.

Fully electric bus can play a vital and important role to make it better,as you may know that like other cities in Europe,USA,JAPAN etc... have fully EV in their cities which is being used for their own transportation, while in mumbai or in whole "India",you won't see the number as high or even as equally low as other nation due to various reasons, which is very bad and equally sad :(  ,to see and know about it.

The expert in india has told the govt that even,if they focus on bringing EV for pvt use, then also it won't benefit the city or the nation, as infra would be needed to cope up with growing vehicle number rise in future. So what is the solution ?,the (expert) has told the govt, that if they (govt) run more AC bus in the city that would help the traffic congestion and it may see the reduction as in Singapore.

During the time when mumbai population was increasing, the B.E.S.T. has played a vital role, just like the suburban railway.

Still today the B.E.S.T. is seen as the 2nd most favourable option to travel in mumbai after the suburban railway !,but due to increase in the number of vehicle and somewhere down the line, bad management and decision, also no coordination with other city transport operating in mumbai has made the condition worse for them,

which means people and the city will suffer.

B.E.S.T. has purchased fully EV bus to bring some profit, but i personally believe they're still doing the mistake,as their intention to introduce them is just to have alternative source, other then fuel, they are running hybrid bus also,so they can make profit,

but once this technology get advance as it is happening, B.E.S.T. will suffer again.

To come out of the crisis not just B.E.S.T. but the State Govt of MAHARASHTRA has to intervene,so  fully EV can be a game changer and be used as business idea of how to make it a profitable. All public bus transportation (N.M.M.T.,T.M.T.,M.B.M.T.) has to coordinate and work together !,instead of running on a formula, to exceed by cutting each other profit in business, this will, out run the weak but the stronger firm will also not be in business for too long.

B.E.S.T. should run, non AC fully Ev on those route where AC bus which are unable to operate

,where else fully AC bus should be running with a fare of LTD bus on LTD and non LTD route, where no pass will apply or half ticket will be given, instead of  charging higher fare's,if this fares are apply it will be a profitable, as this will encourage middle class or lower middle class to travel in this bus.

,if B.E.S.T. does this! then they can run this bus on those routes where they have being running AC and NON AC bus for same routes for different class,

running such bus will surely help them to make profit,as they will run single feature bus AC or non AC, also having coordination with other city transportation such as N.M.M.T.,T.M.T.,M.B.M.T.,will not make them run more number of buses in those routes which are also being operated by them.

If public transport is run and operated by good plan and policy, then people in india would not require to use their pvt vehicle on road, which cause traffic congestion

and govt need to spend more on such infra, as flyover, expressway to reduce the congestion.

B.E.S.T. can and will make profit, if they work jointly with the city expert,N.G.O.,public transport of other city and their own member's such as driver ,conductor, ticket checker as they are the most important vital source who are on the road

AND VERY SOON PEOPLE IN SUCH CITY ,PEOPLE WILL SEE LESS NUMBER OF TRAFFIC AND B.E.S.T. WILL AGAIN TURN OUT TO BE A PROFITABLE, PUBLIC TRANSPORT FIRM ! :)

Will Mumbai AC, local train benefit the commuter's and the railway?

Will Mumbai AC, local train benefit the commuter's and the railway?

The railway has launched the AC local train for western line commuter, now big question is how good they are and will they earn profit for the railway who is going through loss, every day ? .

The people who have travelled in this AC local will say, it's ok as they have found it to be good to be use !,but the main question remains,is AC local going to a game changer or just a joy ride/ride only meant for few people, as most of the people are not capable to pay higher rates compare to the first class ?

I personally believe the reason why AC train are not going to be beneficially for all, specially to those who travel in first class,is the train fares are high, they're not operated during peak hour, railway lags behind to keep this coaches safe, as they don't have infra to keep existing trains in depot., also people in my india whether they're rich or poor, believe in saving.

The other reason is, railway is running service only for Western line commuter's,while commuter's using Central or Trans-harbour line have no such facilities.People who use local, their main purpose is to reach faster during peak hour's and cross far distance in hours, this AC train doesn't provide service to them during such time, because railway is not able to manage such huge crowd in any station's as the infra of railway is still far behind,so the authority can not take the risk of having this train get damage.

To make it a game changer  and run into profit, rail authority need to provide fare as same as first class, running AC train with high fare will not be in commuter interest which means they will not be serve with something different with same fare, later on after major infra face lift !, railway can increase the fare of other class as the stations will be equally good as metro and travelling in mumbai local will be best experience not horrible one !.

I still believe if railway introduce AC local, by purchasing trains from those firms who are already working with indian railway such as alstom, bombardier, then IR wouldn't require to spend on such existing AC coaches, which i personally believe are not good compare to those which are being used in our metro.

Railway authority should also run such AC local on central and trans-harbour line as they do have major crowd rush in them, and people travelling from far, would consider using this train instead of other public transport such as bus/taxi or their own transport

Now about the rail infra and safety matter's, if trains are run in less numbered then not just, they will face immediate crisis to maintain it,also lower and middle class commuter's are bread and butter for the railway which they can not afford to loose, and this section will think they have being left out.till that time rail authority can come up and implement the plan to make infra better, which will run all train into AC.

I hope this AC doesn't just end up with a joy ride or face politics because it is meant mostly for those who can afford to travel by first class,AC local not reaching it's goal will surely put a break and due to rail authority failed to take  immediate action and keep track on the train profit, this will lead to shutdown of AC local train, which could have been a game changer.

Spending so much tax payer money not just for research but also for manufacturing and running, will be a total waste, also mumbai AC train will be just in history which ran for few months or year's and failed to be a game changer.

If this turn into profit venture, then not just in indian history but surely in business school, this chapter will be there !, of how such train changed the way, railway made profit, but also of how living and travelling in india's most congested city changed, which had worse infra but maintained to not just run but also make it's mark in the history of being a game changer

IS INDIA READY FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE ?

IS INDIA READY FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE ?

In today's time, driving vehicle on indian road is going from bad to worse, there are various reasons such as bad road infra, construction going on road's for various reasons, more vehicle's addidng up in road's,to sell more vehicle's auto company are selling product's which does not fit the parameter to be on road's,lot's of people driving without having proper permit, not following traffic rules and not having a good driver on the road's.

Now the big question is, having autonomous vehicle is a good option for india ?, it looks like Yes !,if you have read what point's i have mention and those which i missed,Also if you have driven on indian road or travelled by road in any part of india, you will agree.

Though there is a section in the govt who think that having autonomous in indian vehicle will take away job,so they should prevent it for now, but why should indian's be away from such technology ?which can reduce the risk of accident, also the driver who goes through stress and pressure of driving would face such situations for year's to come.

At least having semi autonomous will benefit us,autonomous or semi autonomous has it's own pros and cons, but every technology including the lives we live has it. so shall we stop living our lives because of the negative things we face.I personally believe having such technology will make travelling on road little safer as human error will be less compare to the human which may not be as good or have good day of his/her life.

Having semi autonomous technology now will help auto firms to work on it and make it better ! as indian roads and climate conditions in every part of the world are not as same, also technology will learn to develop to get better and provide better service to humans.providing now semi autonomous vehicle in passenger section will reduce the flaws which my nation is facing and at the same time the world will see india view towards new technology.

Yes such technology will increase the price of vehicle, but if govt give some kind of incentives towards this technology, then it will be a gamer changer.we will see the drop in road accident's,this technology will compensate for the incentives which govt is providing, having less number of road accident's means people reaching their destination safely, govt contribution towards health care being reduce, less maintenance as the cost of service is to high when vehicle face any type of accident, and if i'm not wrong, major time car insurance is not recovered as it has, it's own terms and conditions and paying loan at the same time if your vehicle is not damaged as badly,is a high risk. There are other problems which person face is, not having his/her vehicle to use, as it's going through maintenance and you may need to rely on other modes of transport, for who know's how long ?

There are people too,who are not the first time user to adopt such technology for various reasons of their own, but once they're satisfy to use it,then no humans want to go back and use old technology, as we believe to make our lives stress free, simple, safer and faster to be with our friend's,family member, also "me" time is very important in our day to day stress full life.

My govt should think about it's pros, and for the negative thing's they should bring laws and procedure of what new technology can do, to safe humans job and their lives.stopping new technology is not a good options as it will not be benefit humans and their growth towards future !.

India fully Electric engine

India Fully ELECTRIC ENGINE.

To make pollution free, govt of India has started a joint venture with Alstom to manufacture fully electric engine which will be used for freight corridors, this fully Electric engine will help railway to save fuel, also it will help the railway to encourage more firms including logistics company who use railway to supply their goods, using such technology will benefit them too, this will surely make Indian railway rely less on fuel too, also would clear the path of making Indian train mostly run on electric, then on diesel !

As railway face huge burden to make profit because oil market is not stable and only relying on on such alternative, has always created huge problem to run their business into profit of break even.

Such initiative will not only help to clean India's air but also bring the two nation ( INDIA & FRANCE )close, also Indian railway engineer lags behind in developing technology for various reason.

Though I personally believe this will help the nation, but not as much as indian engineer making their own fully Electric engine without anyone foreign firm, the railway should make their engineer responsible for their actions, spending huge amount on their salaries is a waste, when such a big industry which contribute to indian GDP, fails to deliver better technology and make India rely on others?,this is not at all profitable.

If the ministry including govt must get really serious about this, then not just railway will have better technology but also talented people, will be able to sell, truly make in India products not just in India but also in abroad !!!

This step towards electrification will surely boost INDIA GDP also india's commitment to cut down global emission will also be able to achieve it's target.

Joint collaboration of INDIA & FRANCE will help both nation,to develop such technology and business between two nation's will rise !,as india has a history of having good relationship with only those nation who has assisted them in railway and other mode which make india rise towards the better future
